On Wednesday 15th August 2007 Nelson Central School went to the Botanics. We went by foot. Before the race I felt very nervous. When I was running I felt really tired. After the race I felt so puffed, like I could lie down for ∞ years. The best part was coming 22nd because it is only two away from 20th. I felt happy that I had done my best. We had to run a long way. It was an excellent day!
